The last time I consulted the Purist, I was told it was a Tony trick, and it was ok'ed by Carl.
As to the cards not added, well, might I point out that this is one of many decks?
Most people pirate their whole collections to make one truly remarkable deck. I have 15 decks, of varying degrees and for different games.
This is what it is. It's a Vektrean deck that uses lots of everyone else's equipment, and I think it works out ok. There are 15 Vektrean ships, while I only need 14 to stock the current count of Violators.
After a blistering frenzy of deck building, I found myself out of certain cards (Which is why I only have one Vacuum effect). The rest of the cards that are in there serve a purpose one way or another.
The cards you are suggesting would turn a mild mannered "E" deck into a MDRM deck, and even though it has some of the cards to do Mega Draw, it's not the theme of the deck.
Note it only has one Temp engineer, and no Stargates? If I wanted it to be a clone of my Bolaar MDRM deck, believe me, the "E" category would be full of shuttles/fighters.
And, if the T/B-3 can't pull double duty, I can always add a Vacation Planet.

Well, I just noticed you only have 5 entities when you have enough cards for 8 and you use 0 exceptions of 4.
It's not MDRM to make some of those suggestions I gave you, it's protecting your permanents.
If you don't have the cards, I can understand it. Is that the only thing holding you back, or did you really just not want those cards in here?

As I said before, I have 15 decks built, from highest to lowest in descending order as posted before. While I still have a bunch of cards, I don't want every deck to be a different empire clone of the last deck I built.
Not every deck has to be a dedicated MDRM deck just to win.
And, looking back on the game, as hindsight really is 20/20, the Reactionary World was created to COUNTER the MDRM decks.
Now I understand... ((adds four RW to all of his decks))
