-Howdy folks and happy weekend. This is going to be a bit vague, but wondering what situations a fighter or shuttle would be able to fire their weapons in reaction mode *outside* a weapons fire phase? Any? Description of such a scenario would be helpful.

Thanks for the input and lesson to this perpetual student.

Hello all

I have never seen any player try to fire weapons during card phase A or card phase B,during anyones turn, and get away with it.

The online 2.1 rules say, "A reaction card may only be
played in reaction mode if one of its functions is used
at the time it is played. Any of the reaction card's
functions may be used when it is played (regardless of
the play phase), except reaction cards can only fire
their weapons if played in an opponent's Weapons Fire
Phase and only if those weapons do not need resource
points to function."

Seems surprisingly concise for GE.

no, you can't fire weapons outside of the weapons fire phase.
