If one was ro create a Guide line Covering the Discrepancies and rules for a Turny, What would you as a player most want to see covered? And Why?

I am aware of the exsisting Guide. This is an attempt to get player input. I hope to learn from problems that others have encountered that may not have been resolved by the exsisting Guide lines. You know create disscussion.
