I'm not changing how the card works. I simply said Eagle's approach was a brilliant one.
For our group, the RW is a restricted card, with or without the Power Nine restriction.

I thought you said that RW is the only card you guys restrict now?

Geo and I are at odds as to whether or not we use the Power 9 restricted list.
It really hinges on whether or not Harry continues to play with the regular group. If he stays gone, I'll push to make some serious fundamental changes, as I am looking into buy the rights/game etc.
If he comes back, and Geo backs him, then only the RW stays restricted. Harry is a GE Purist so...
