should they be considered Allies with Corporate Aggressors?

-I voted yes, but that should be a conditional yes. I am unclear what advantage being allied really gets them versus status quo. So long as they get to serve as the minor empire for other races as well as being allied, i don't see a problem with it. They are, after all, pirates and should be able to go to the highest bidder should they wish.....Lobo

somebody post the complete Ally rules.

Besides allowing you to stock them 1 ship for every 2 of your main empire.

I think there was a clause about equipment.

 heres what i found...

Allied class cards, when stocked in a deck of the empire with which they are allied, follow these rules:
    - They stock as 1/2 of a minor empire card (similar to Indirigans) and they support non-allied minor empire cards.
    - Allied ships can use adapted technology: Allied ships may use foreign technology cards belonging to the empire they're allied with. In addition, an exclusive technology card of their allied empire may be used on an Allied ship if that ship possesses a card that would normally provide the ability to use a foreign technology card.
OPTIONAL RULE: Major empire ships use adapted technology of their ally.
OPTIONAL RULE:
When using the Allied empire as the main empire in a deck, cards belonging to the empire that they're allied with may be stocked as minor empire cards, counting as 1/2 card each and supporting non-allied minor empire cards. Note that this breaks the general rule that Major Empire cards may not be used in the deck of another empire.
See also the entries for the Allied Empires.

i guess the links copied and work to.

They are already the inforcement branch of the Corporate Agressors . That makes them allies to start automaticly.Their theme is that they hire out to the highest bidder. I think the rules should be that they can allie with anyone for a fee at the beginning of a game. Payment in points generated to allow them in somehow. A percentage of points generated to pay for their services for (Say 3 turns) for anyone other than Corp.

Nope, the only way you could do this is to give them the same restrictions as other allied races per tech
