Can I get a list of cards that will move crew around?

Not Vacation Planet or Mystic Wanderer, but move your own crew on your own terms.

Also, is there any card that allows you to pick up a card and put it back into your hand. (for shuttle purposes, for example)
(i am pretty sure there is)

try the C7 tactical officer ...

...when played on a base allows a player to move one card (except cards which are the basis of a stack) from his active fleet back into his hand during the discard phase

----allows a base to protect the sector HQ

thats all i came up with, thanks to my uncle lol. but anyways, dont know what ya meant by for shuttle purposes, the only shuttle i know is the scorpead one, and that card only goes back in your hand, i dont know, i guess i dont understand what you mean.

O10 time portal.

Take the top card of the discard pile back into your hand at the end of each turn.

As for shuttles, all empire ones you can discard them at the end of your turn and it goes back into your hand.
