The card reads:

-Played against 2 terrain, ship, base, psy, dragon or monster cards. One belonging to each of two opponents.

-Damage is caused to each card equal to the strength of the other.Discard after use.

If one target is a T7 with no special attributes combined with a T6 that cannot be affected by Hazards and which has 7 shields, and the other target is a T10 with 10 shields, what and where is the damage allocated and how much?

Do the shields absorb 7 and therefore 3 hit the 7...Do the sheilds protect the 7 from damage from Hazards so the 7 takes zero...Does the ten take 7 damage or 13 or zero? If there were no shields on the 6 would the 7 take 7 damage? I'm confused.

Well, the one combined terrain is not affected by Hazards, so it doesn't take any damage.
(somebody check that, I have a feeling that even though they are combined terrain the special attributes do not apply to both pieces).

T7/T6+7 = No damage.

T10+10 = 13 damage. 10 to the shields the other 3 to the structure.

If the combined terrain do not share the specials then...

T7/T6+7 = The T7 would take seven. The shields would take zero.

Does that mean that combined terrain do not share shields. I thought the 7 shields would be shared. I agree that specials are not shared.

normally, yes, they do share shields, but if they do not share abilities, then the T7 side would not be protected by the shields.

Yeah, welcome to the clusterf*ck that was the promo cards.

So would the sheilds of the T6 protect the T7 from gunfire or could a person target the T7 ignoring the T6? Sorry for being so confused . This has not been the way we play so I have to get it straight to present to the others.

Only Aesthetic weapons can target individual card in combined terrain. In
my play group we've never played with that rule for them though.
