Can Nuclear Mine damage Vymezies Blaze? Vymezies Blaze doesn't specify what sort of damage can destroy it, but Nuclear Mine specifically says that it does damage to ships.

If a card says it damages ships then that is what it damages. It is like the Vektrean rule that says its ships can use exclusive tech which means their bases are left out. I did not read your cards but I think my answer is correct.
