The Barbarians

May stock any race ships up to St 7

Must have One C card for every ship

E can only be Transportation

  From a Primitive world these Barbarians conqured the ships of many races though gile and ferocity

The Grand Alliance

only the ships of 2 Major races may be stocked

each race must be supported S1 through S10

Each may use Forengn tech of the other

 The Grand Alliance was formed when 2 Major empires joined together in true friendship and not just for expedency
