I've been building a couple of decks lately and it takes me forever to look up cards and how they work together. I'd really like to have a searchable database of the cards and their effects.

I happen to have some experience with databases and was wondering if anyone had the card lists and possibly the rules in some delimited text format?

I'd like to try and build something to help me build decks. If I can make something worth using I'll make it available to others here.

Or perhaps someone already has this done?

There's a card database of most of the card text on this site which you can search from here:

And of course there's my website with all the card scans.
