I don't have a link but I have the map. It is in incoming fire #10 April 1994 It also has a list of Indirigan tribes that were coming some made it some didn't. I tryed to scan it but I got poor results. Now after looking at it, I know I saw another newer one that had the Far Side on it but I cann't remember where, I'll keep looking.

After looking for the invaders version of the map I realized it is a verbal map that can be found in  2.1 rulebook on Erics site The map I have is the farside itself with the maJor empires listed . In the discription in the rules of the races it tells where the new races appear and sometimes how they got there. I have never seen a map that actualy lists them  on the farside. So you have to place them based on the first map showing the major races and the verbal text in the race discription.

the text description only mentions where the Leopan were found, and frankly, I recall seeing them on the map on the other side of the free trade zone, closer to Bolaar territory.

Near as I can figure  Leopan were first spotted near the bulge in Argonian sector boardering P.O.T. Their near the Nagiridni in the Free Trade Zone. The Bolar are at  5:00 where they are closeer to 10:30 in the Free Trade Zone. But based on all the plans that were obviously changed  through out GE's short life you may have seen them in a map that was not released to the public. Just from 93 to the end of 94 in a series of magizines they called  Incoming Fire they changed the history a zellion times. I have 14 of 18 issues (some never got printed in the 2 years) the rules also changed alot. Cards that were told were coming got canceled. Hey the Argonians main Nemis to start were Rommulans. I Guess Star Trek killed that (THREAT OF LAWSUIT I BET) Never saw a Rommulan card though.

Originally, the material used for Galactic Empires was used as background for new ships for the Starfleet Battles game. However, ADB/TFG nipped that, as it was unauthorized use of the rules. I've seen some of the SFB stuff that got published for them, and it's actually not too bad.
