There are two "Empires" that use D cards as their main combat force. Can you make a deck that focuses on one and has a few of the other as a minor race? Such as adding a few Dragon cards to an Orgon deck?

If so, do you get the Minor empire command bonus?

Both Orgon and Space Dragons are considered
Minor Empires, so can be stocked in a deck as a minor empire, meaning for every 4 Main Empire card of the same type you may stock 1
Minor empire card of the same type (and 'D' dragon cards are treated the same as 'S' ship cards for this purpose). And yes, you would get the command bonus, since they are minor empire 'ships'.
