No A class cards? If I read your notation right, you're going with 8 tax
collectors? Then you need some way to beef them up to steal more with
them. Take out some of your T5's and put 4 T5 Galactic Trade Worlds in,
put a tax collector on one and it will be a 3 instead of a 1.

Better yet, consider M3 Money Hungry Weasels... also steal their strength in
economy from the fleet producing the most economy. Throw an A5 Mind
Mold Symbionts on one and make it a strength 8!!! Not only that, but ALL
players can steal from the highest producing fleet with the weasel.

And since you've got monsters, how about a couple of M8 Tectonic
Burrowers? 4 pts of card damage, and if you put an A6 Chewy Center on
one it ignores any planetary shields and does 1.5x damage. And its CARD
damage... can't be repaired on terrain...

Dump a couple of the Corporate S3's and replace them with a second
Corporate S8 and S9.

I had a very similar Corpy deck a couple of years ago that people began to
really hate because of this stuff...

Collector+Lieutenant = 8!  and Ensign, but that's less effective.

Some of the stuff you've suggested I might have actually used if I'd had the cards on hand when I built the deck.  Like world collector...  Galactic trade world.... the weasels...

Definately something to think about.

Lieutenants would work well, but they're easy to kill cause they're
crew... same problem with the tax collectors, which is why I prefer
the weasels for that kind of thing.
